This weekend coming (8th - 10th April 2011) marks the second running of the Sobre2Ruedas motorcycle and bicycle show in Alicante.

The show was well attended last year with over 50 trade stands and exhibitions and covered an area of 12,000 sqm.  Areas were set aside for trial and supermoto demonstrations as well as static displays from some of the major manufacturers, airbrush artists, insurance companies and parts and clothing suppliers.

The organisers are hoping for a greater turn out this year and are running the show alongside the Antic Auto, classic car and bike show at the IFA exhibition centre close to Alicante airport.  So if you are in the market for a new bike or just want to poke around the trade stands or classic bikes take your fancy then Alicante may be worth a visit this weekend.
